Continuing education: I have taken classes at Bumble and Bumble University in New York and attended a balayage class at 901 Salon in LA.

Advice: Your hair is your best accessory, you wear it everyday so you should absolutely love it.

Hometown: Roswell, Ga

Cool hair experiences: Met and heard Angus Mitchell, the son of Paul Mitchell, speak and teach at class while I was in school.

Learning experience: My whole career has been a learning experience. The cool thing about hair is it’s always changing and therefore I’m always evolving and growing with my clients!

Inspiration: I will always be inspired by the style of the Olsen twins, new trends, music and my clients!Laura

Charities I love: Crohn’s disease , CCFA, ; Friends of the IDF, FIDF, ; Breast Cancer Research Foundation

Why Davao Hair Studio: I was drawn to Davao because it’s an exclusive Bumble and Bumble salon and then I fell in love with the passion the salon has for the craft of hair. I have spent the past 5 years transforming into the stylist I am today at Davao and I am constantly inspired by the talented women I work with. We hold each other up and not just creatively, what we have is unique.

Hobbies/interests: I love spending time with my family and friends, cocktails, sleeping in, new clothes, a new nail polish color every week , reading, traveling, live music and dancing.

Why hair? I started working in a salon when I was 14 and so admired the close relationship the stylists had with each other and their clients. Hair is so fun and never gets boring. My station is my stage, where I get to be creative and make people feel beautiful.Laura

Party trick: I win almost every contest I enter.

If you were a Bb. product, which one would you be: Tonic, mostly because I can’t live without it! My hair doesn’t feel the same without it.

Tool you can’t live without: My round brush, it helps me create the finished look!
