Jess began her career in 2001 and is co-owner of Davao Hair Studio. She specializes in curly hair and texture, with experience backstage at New York Fashion Week. Jess created Davao to foster creativity, education, and a salon culture where stylists love to work.
Luz Swan
Owner
Luz is the co-founder of Davao Hair Studio and EXTENDED By Davao. Apprenticing at 17, she became a specialist in blonde hair and hand-tied extensions. In 2018, she focused exclusively on extensions, earning national recognition and New York Fashion Week experience.
Ashley Coryell
Manager / Stylist
Ashley, Davao’s very first hire, graduated from The Process Institute in 2007. Known for her love of curly hair, she specializes in texture and precision cutting. With advanced training from Bumble and bumble University, Ashley enjoys transforming curls into sleek, confidence-boosting blowouts.
Janine Rivera
Stylist
Janine is a Redken–Pivot Point graduate and Evolve Hair Loss Solutions certified stylist with over 20 years of experience, creating customized designs that restore confidence and change lives.
Mallory Morris
Stylist
Mallory is a creative stylist who loves creating dimensional hair color. Passionate about her craft, she is committed to continued education and bringing fresh, inspired looks to every client.
Cierra Rivera
Stylist
Cierra has been with DAVAO since the beginning and has transitioned her role from associate to salon coordinator helping to manage the stylists and the fine details of the salon.
Regan Holbert
Stylist
Regan is a graduate of Paul Mitchell the School Esani. She chose to become a hairdresser because she loves the industry and wants every client she comes into contact with to know that they are beautiful inside and out.
